Ivor took over the business when Tyrone Snell retired in August, 2009. With a background in sales and marketing Ivor has an enthusiasm for his subject and enjoys the cut and thrust of dealing with customers. When not at work Ivor enjoys being a RIBster and doing the odd bit of fishing from his boat.
With a background in accountancy Ruth joined the team at the end of 2009. Ruth does the paperwork in the office, but is also customer facing. With her last job being for a PR company dealing in luxury, high end goods, the world of trailers, grease and shattered bearings has made for a steep learning curve!
Colin has worked locally in the trailer industry for many years. He joined Tyrone Snell Trailers 3 years ago and is a highly regarded authority on all things trailer related. When not at work Colin enjoys sailing his Wayfarer and is an active member of the Helford Sailing Club.
Tim is an experienced welder and fabricator and has worked for Tyrone Snell Trailers for over 25 years, his expertise as a trailer engineer is invaluable. In his spare time Tim enjoys meeting with other musicians for impromptu jamming sessions, being an accomplished fiddle player.
Greg has worked at Tyrone Snell Trailers for a few more years than Tim. A first class engineer his trailer knowledge and fabrication is second to none. When not at work Greg maintains his small collection of military vehicles and flies model aircraft.
Mark is a blacksmith by trade, which means he has great skill with steel and all things metal. Although we share his talents with the local blacksmith, Mark is an invaluable member of the team. When not at work Mark can be found potholing with Cornwall Mine Exploration Club.
